Tips

Be sure to check the instructions
on your blender before crushing
ice. You may want to try using
restaurant-style ice for blended
drinks- it's easier on the blender
and gives the drink a nice "slushy"
texture.

Velvet Hammer
1 oz vodka
1 oz crème de cacao
2 oz espresso
4 oz half and half
1 cup crushed ice
Combine vodka, crème de cacao, espresso & half and half into
blender
Blend on high 20 seconds
Add crushed ice, blend another 20 seconds
Immediately pour into 12 oz glass
